When leaving a message, please indicate when you would prefer to come in and provide the name of your insurance company to enable us to schedule an appointment more quickly.

Most local insurance companies (including Cariten, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna) reimburse  for these services and Ms Roberts is on most of the managed care panels. She is also under contract to provide services for Employee Assistance Programs for many  local businesses and industries.

Health Care Billing Resources files the claims with the insurance companies and manages the billing for services provided by Ms. Roberts.  A call to your insurance company will inform you if an authorization is needed as well inform you about your benefits, copay, deductible and coverange.
